Too much Sun…
May 18th, 2009 by Virendra
It is hot in Delhi. Actually very hot. Temperature is soaring above 42C and there is no sign of cloud (let alone rain) for any of poor Delhi-wallahs.
Infact the rains skip my colony even when it rains in Delhi. And there are a number of theories with people around me about this. Lack of trees, too much concrete construction, dust storms from West India, too much drawing of groundwater and all such genius. But any time the best of the lot isĀ – Gods do not bring any rain to my colony because it is full of sinners. Such guts!!!
Calling a spade a spade in front of spade. Now although going by common wisdom, I should have argued with the theorist, I decided to ignore him. I am pretty sure, Gods do not have time to measure sin per colony. Even if they are willing to spend some time, they just do not have any quantified measure.
Yes, my post smells of IT manager crap, but in few years, I will be one of them.
BTW, I heard it has not rained this year, in the theorist’s colony either. Let me get my hands on him.
